Expertcut 145 Diecutter

 The Mastercut 145 offers superior diecut quality and maximized efficiency like the Mastercut 2.1, but at a somewhat smaller sheet size. Also like the 2.1, the Mastercut 145 is equipped with the Power Register feature for unmatched sheet registration. As the sheet is introduced to the feeder, cameras read the registration marks printed on the sheet and then adjust the sheet for print to cut registration within 1/64”. The Mastercut 145 is equipped with a Chase Changer that allows preparation of tooling for the next job while the current job is running. This minimizes changeover times and helps control cost and reduce turn-around times. The Mastercut 145 is also equipped with inline stripping and blanking sections to further enhance efficiency and accuracy while reducing the need for hand work on the finished product.
