We’re growing again still!

Packrite has just completed the installation of a new state-of-the-art takeaway conveyor line featuring a multi-head Signode GCU SmartFlex™ Unitizer with sword insertion feature and the capability to create over 60 units per hour. The line also includes a new Octopus high-speed, large format automatic stretch wrapper. A single operator’s station provides simple and efficient set-up and operation of all components of the line. The control and monitoring system is integrated into the company’s network for real-time reporting for expedited scheduling, shipping and order turn-around.

Installation of the new material handling line is in preparation for the upcoming installation of a new state-of-the-art, high-speed Bobst Expertfold 230. The new material handling line brings new take away capabilities for the existing finishing lines in addition to increasing throughput capacity which will become increasingly more important once the new folder-gluer goes online.
